We accept returns for products purchased on our website under the following conditions:

- Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition (sealed, if applicable). We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or damaged.
- Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following: Gift cards, Sale or discounted items
- Products marked as “final sale”If you received a damaged or defective product, please follow the instructions below to request a return or replacement.
Exchange Policy
If you’d like to exchange your product for a different item, we’re happy to assist. Here’s how the exchange process works:

How to Return or Exchange an Item
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return instructions.
Prepare the Package: Pack the item securely, ensuring it’s in the original, unused condition, and include the RA number with the return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Ship Back: Ship your return to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund or Exchange Processed: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If you’re exchanging for a different item, we’ll ship the new product once the original item is returned.
Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will offer a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective item at no extra cost, and we will cover the return shipping.
